Student Hygiene Empowerment Program

REMOVING BARRIERS. RESTORING DIGNITY.

The Student Hygiene Empowerment Program provides essential hygiene products to students across Metro Atlanta through established school- and community-based distribution partners.

Counselors, social workers, nurses, coaches, and student support staff distribute products to students with immediate needs.

What We Provide

Students may receive access to items such as:

  • Deodorant

  • Toothpaste

  • Toothbrushes

  • Soap and Body Wash

  • Shampoo and Hair Care Products

  • Menstrual Products

  • Laundry Detergent

  • Socks

  • Undergarments

  • Other essential personal care products as available

How The Program Works

1. Schools Identify Student Needs

School staff identify students experiencing hygiene insecurity or other barriers that impact attendance, confidence, and participation.

2. Dunamis Gives Secures Products

Through product donations, corporate giving, financial contributions, and community support, Dunamis Gives works to secure essential hygiene products for distribution at no cost to students.

3. Students Receive Support

Products are distributed discreetly by trusted staff members to protect student privacy and dignity.

The program supports students who may be:

  • Living in low- or moderate-income households

  • Experiencing housing instability

  • Caring for younger siblings

  • Navigating family hardship

  • Working while attending school

  • Facing other barriers that affect access to basic necessities
