PARTNER WITH US TO SERVE METRO ATLANTA STUDENTS

Dunamis Gives is committed to working with schools, organizations, and businesses that share our mission to eliminate student hygiene poverty. We prioritize partnerships that maximize impact and serve students with dignity.

FOR SCHOOLS

Who We Partner With:

We work with K-12 schools, colleges, and universities in Metro Atlanta ( Rockdale and surrounding communities) that serve students experiencing hygiene poverty.

Partnership Requirements:

To ensure effective collaboration and mutual benefit, school partners must:

✓ Designate a point of contact - A school counselor, social worker, coach, or administrator who will coordinate distribution and communicate with Dunamis Gives

✓ Commit to discreet distribution - Products must be distributed to students in need in a way that preserves dignity and eliminates stigma

✓ Provide quarterly impact data - Basic information about how many students served and which products are most needed

✓ Share anonymous student impact stories - Provide 1-2 brief testimonials per quarter about how supplies helped students (no names, no identifying information) - Example: "A student told me she was able to attend prom because she finally had deodorant and felt confident"

✓ Allow use of partnership in fundraising materials - We may mention your school by name in grant applications, donor communications, and annual reports as a partner we serve

✓ Provide counselor testimonials - Willingness for designated contact to provide a brief quote (1-2 sentences) about program impact for use in grants/reports - Example: "Dunamis Gives has been a game-changer for our students experiencing hygiene poverty"

✓ Write letters of support for grants (if requested) - 1-2 times per year, we may request a brief letter from your school supporting our grant applications (we provide a template)

✓ Notify us of media opportunities - If your school is doing a story about student support services and wants to feature our partnership, give us advance notice

✓ Use products for students only - Supplies are designated for student use and must not be distributed to staff or for personal use

✓ Communicate needs proactively - Let us know when  student's needs change

✓ Maintain partnership for minimum one academic year - We invest resources in each partnership and need commitment to serve students consistently

What We Provide:

· Monthly (or more frequent) deliveries of essential hygiene and household supplies

· Flexibility in distribution methods that fit your school culture

· Culturally responsive products based on your student population's needs

· Ongoing communication and support

What We DON'T Provide:

· Products for school fundraisers or resale

· One-time deliveries without ongoing partnership commitment

What We're Looking For:

We prioritize partnerships with schools that:

✓ Have counselors/staff who genuinely care about students experiencing hygiene poverty (not just looking for free supplies)

✓ Are willing to help us tell the story of our impact so we can secure funding to serve MORE schools

✓ Will use products consistently and communicate openly about student needs

✓ Understand this is a PARTNERSHIP - we provide supplies, you provide accountability and help us prove impact

What We're NOT Looking For:

❌ Schools that want one-time deliveries with no ongoing relationship

❌ Schools that won't track impact or provide basic data

❌ Schools that plan to use supplies for purposes other than students in need

❌ Schools that can't commit to at least one full academic year

Why These Requirements?

We're Metro Atlanta's only nonprofit addressing student hygiene poverty. Every partnership we build should help us:

1. Serve students effectively

2. Prove our impact to funders

3. Secure resources to scale and serve MORE schools

If we can't demonstrate impact, we can't raise money. If we can't raise money, we can't serve more students. Your partnership helps us grow our ability to serve the entire region.

Ready to Partner?

If your school meets these criteria and you're committed to serving students experiencing hygiene poverty, we'd love to work with you. Please contact us and we will bring your request before our board. If approved, we will reach out with the next steps.
